The Gailean Quartet: First Official Blog Tour!

I am proud to say that I have secured my first blog tour for my magical, musical, young adult Christian fantasy series, The Gailean Quartet. Teen Book Scene is being awesome enough to run a three-week tour from me. The dates are June 27 – July 16, and you can follow along on their website once it gets started.

I'm writing this post though because, once the tour is over, I will be giving away a copy of the entire four-book collection in paperback copies. The winner will also be placed in one of my next books. If you would like to enter to win, this is the post to comment on!

Here's all you have to do to enter:Comment on this post; if you win, I will place you in a book, so tell me what your favorite fantasy creature is (fairy, elf, vampire, nymph, etc.) and why. Who knows; you might meet or even be such a creature in my book!

*In the post, be sure to include your email address so I can contact you!

Let the blog tour begin, and best to all who enter!

I like vampires because they are usually very pretty, thin and small (I'm not even 5 foot so I definitely like this) but have such a power to them and are incredibly sexy!

I currently loving the sirens. They've been around forever, and they're so mysterious and alluring, yet dangerous. They're also not hugely overdone, for which I am thankful.

My favorite mythical being is a Faerie. I grew up with a family that encouraged imagination and magic in my life and I'v always been drawn towards a Fey's beauty. Most Fey are graceful and handsome but underneath it all they can be treacherous creatures. I have always loved the mystery behind them. (londonluv19@aol.com)

I have always loved Elves. They are so magical and so enchanting. Elves are so earth bound and think about the nature around them and what could happen.

My favorite is werewolves, simply because they're really humans in this monster form as big dogs. What's not to like! Thanks!

Hi Christine!

How can you choose only one? Each one has least one talent you would like to use!

How about a Character that has the best traits from each one? Like a little bit of Faerie, little bit of Vamp, little bit of werewolf ,etc.
Now that sounds like a character everyone would envy :) .
Thanks for the entry!

I like many of them. It's really hard to choose one. So I will just tell you what I like about the ones I could think of right now.

I like angels because they are pure and love all; I like vampires because they live while be themselves; I like elfs because their knowledge and magical powers; I like werewolves because they could ethic.

I love all fantasy creatures because often I feel they are more real than humans. Beautiful and powerful. Strong and wise.

I adore the vampire hybrid of any sort. Shares the allegiance usually, and sometimes makes for a more interesting story.

Oh, me and a few of my younger relatives were talking about this the other day - very seriously, of course. I decided on this: half faerie, quarter angel and quarter witch. That way I could travel between heaven, the Fey realm and earth with no sideaffects. Plus I get to heal, use magic and fly. :D I won't go into what the others were. Let's just say they're nine and into StarWars...
Thanks for this chance!

Right now i'm really into wood sprites. I just really love nature and whenever i walk into the woods i always expect a tree spirit to come out of nowhere, would that not be an experience of a lifetime.

I'm a little late to the party but this quartet looks fantastic!

I am kind of partial to elves, or even better a centaur! I love nature and animals!

My favorite creature is a fairy. Almost the sole reason I adore them so much is because they can fly and I would like nothing more than to grow wings and soar into the sky.

I love shapeshifters because I would lovee to be anything that I want, I could be a powerdul lion or even a tiny mouse. They seem much more powerful than any of the other creatures because of such an advantage.

Mine is Gancanagh. There are very few novels with them, but they are so fascinating to me. Completely compelling.

Unicorns, most definitely! Because...they're like rare jewels! You can hardly find them in books! More should be written about them! They need love too! :) They exist, I tell you!

Thanks for the giveaway!

I am pretty darn fond of Vampires and wouldn't be cool if that said vampire was an angel as well. I dig it.

Although I don't like the idea of drinking blood I do find Vampires to be very sexy. The idea of Immortality is very appealing. Plus, I find all the vampires are beautiful & muscular. I would love to be a night creature who endures to the end of time. Of course, being a romantic, I would have to have my dream man/vampire beside me to rule living in a castle somewhere over the rainbow! ;)
That would be my ideal life to live, as long as I have my Romeo to share it with.

First of all, my sincerest apologies! I have never taken this long to announce a winner for any contest ever! I am usually so on top of things, but I have had some crazy personal stuff set me back on everything for the past couple of months, and so, to my readers and especially those who entered the contest, I am SO SORRY!

The winner of our contest is LoveOfAithne; I will be contacting you and sending your books out within the week!

For the rest of you, for your long, arduous, pointless wait, I am sending each of you an ebook copy of "The Prism of Ashlei".

Sorry again, but thank so much for your understanding and continued support!
